These icons are collected by Lars Trieloff. He's got a personal dyndns blog, an informative DocBook Blog, a very nice german DocBook Tutorial and is the author of the helpful DocMan - The DocBook Conversion Toolchain Manager, a tool for easying DocBook to PDF/HTML/etc conversion.

For the Icons: Taken from GTK/Ximian www.ximian.org, released under GPL.
